/portal used to be a mocked-up preview of the client portal built directly
into this marketing site. That preview has been retired in favor of vl-portal, the real, dedicated portal app with actual sign-in and live survey data.
PUBLIC_PORTAL_URL is unset in this environment, so /portal has nowhere to redirect you yet -- this is the expected state
here (no live vl-portal deployment exists in this org's build yet). Once vl-portal has
a real deployment URL, set PUBLIC_PORTAL_URL in .env (see .env.example) or in the Cloudflare Pages project settings, and /portal will 302 straight there.
